The marine department of Manuflex Ltd has been involved in fabrication for the boating industry for nearly 20 years. One of the services offered by us is the design and manufacture of bespoked complete wet exhaust systems. This is made possible by the close relationship we have with Centek Industries based in the USA, who are the world leaders in the manufacture of GRP products, including silencers, tubing and bends. This particular service is supplied to many leisure and commercial boat builders both here in the UK and abroad. Our experience in this field allows us to work on systems from 5hp - 3500hp on engines ranging from MTU, Caterpillar, Volvo, Cummins to name but a few. A shortlist of other products offered by us range from the manufacture of tanks (stainless, Aluminium and mild steel), stainless steel risers, polished tubular work, heavy and light fabrication in both one off and batchwork quantities. We also offer an onsite consultation service as well as 3D design facilities. Heat insulations jackets are another area of expertese, offering various types material and fittings on one off specials to specified amounts. Once again for both here and abroad.

| We are able to design and supply complete exhaust systems to both Lloyds and RCD approval. The riser and silencer shown belong to a Cat C18 installation supplied to a 70ft leisure craft.. |

| We also specialise in commercial vessels. This is a dry riser supplied as part of a complete system to Mustang Marine on their Skomer pilot boat with Scania 450hp engines. |

| On our larger and more expensive systems, we offer polished stainless steel cladding as an option on our risers. |
