Bennett Boatyard offers boat storage to visitors of the islands. Boats can be collected from and delivered to all the islands and a full maintenance and repair service is provided.
We also operate boat and kayak hire from Bryher, Tresco and St Martin’s during the summer months. Please view the boat hire page for more information about the boats we have. |

We undertake a wide range of repair and maintenance work– from the small instant repairs needed to enable yachts moored in Green Bay over the summer months to make the journey home to the large scale stripping down and remodelling work taken on in the winter when the boats are out of the water.

At the boatyard we store and look after over 100 boats, from small dinghies to a 30ft yacht. We accommodate sailing and motor boats.
We offer a full service to all boats prior to customer’s arrival dates to ensure a trouble free and enjoyable boating experience on holiday. We are skilled in repairs in wood and fibreglass as well as general and routine maintenance tasks. Outboard and inboard engine servicing can be arranged along with sail repairs and metal work. |

We offer a wide range of general chandlery including paints, ropes, screws and bolts as well as items to assist those boating on holiday such as buoyancy aids and guidebooks to the islands and their navigation markers.
We can always source items and our close contacts with suppliers on the mainland mean we can often get things over to the islands quickly. |
